It is my pleasure to introduce you to the first four volumes of the "O'Georgia!" Anthology. It is also my pleasure, indeed, honor, to announce that two of my stories were selected to be included in the 1999 edition and then again one of my stories was deemed worthy to join the ranks of the richly talented collection of writers in the 2000 edition.

The purpose of "O Georgia!" is to give emerging writers exposure to a mass audience for the first time and to promote literary diversity in Georgia. The authors in this book were selected from hundreds of entries in the "O Georgia!" statewide writing competition, which is sponsored by Humpus Bumpus Books, an independent bookstore in Cumming, Georgia.
